**Experience Required**:_4+ years_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and connect with potential clients using tools like **LinkedIn Sales Navigator** and other lead generation platforms.
- Conduct **cold calls** and outreach campaigns to build a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored **Odoo ERP solutions** through demos and product walkthroughs.
- Manage the complete **sales cycle** from lead generation, needs analysis, solution pitch, proposal creation, to deal closure.
- Work closely with the technical and functional team to ensure client needs are accurately captured and implemented.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM and provide regular pipeline and performance reports.
- Keep abreast of **Odoo product updates**, industry trends, and competitor activities to remain ahead in the market.
- Deliver and exceed individual and team **sales targets** and KPIs.

**Required Qualifications**:

- MBA in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of **4+ years** experience in ERP sales, specifically **Odoo**.
- Proven track record in **B2B and enterprise-level software sales**.
- Experience in using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and other lead generation systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the **Odoo ecosystem** and modules.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver client solutions.**Odoo Certification** preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
