**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and target potential buyers through various channels such as networking events, referrals, online platforms, and cold calling.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential opportunities for property sales.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads effectively.

2. **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Provide personalized guidance and assistance to clients throughout the sales process, including property viewings, negotiations, and closing.

3. **Property Promotion and Marketing**:

- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
- Create engaging property listings with compelling descriptions, high-quality photos, and virtual tours.
- Utilize digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and offline marketing tactics to reach a wider audience.

4. **Sales Negotiation and Closing**:

- Present properties to prospective buyers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Negotiate favourable terms and conditions for both buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions.
- Prepare and review sales contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
5. **Market Analysis and Reporting**:

- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to stay informed about the real estate landscape.
- Analyse sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to update management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
