As a Digital Marketing Officer, you will contribute to our company's online presence, brand recognition, and sales. You will have an opportunity to work with a team of passionate marketers, learning from them and being inspired by their work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and manage our SEO, SMO, and SEM strategy to increase online visibility and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
- Perform keyword research in coordination with our business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze content success.
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on new growth strategies and marketing initiatives.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in SEO, SMO, SEM, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites.
- Experience in content creation and optimization, SEO, SEM, and marketing campaign management.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, demonstrating passion around finding the best solution.
