Digital Marketing Course Instructor

Zycamo is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Course Instructor to join our team on a full-time basis. As the Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive digital marketing course that covers all aspects of digital marketing, with a strong focus on various social media platforms. This course aims to provide students with practical skills and strategies to excel in the dynamic field of digital marketing. We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional who can create engaging and effective instructional content, deliver high-quality classes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the course.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a comprehensive digital marketing course curriculum covering all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create engaging and informative instructional content, including video classes, slide decks, handouts, quizzes, and assignments.
- Deliver classes in a clear, concise, and engaging manner, effectively communicating digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Incorporate real-life examples, case studies, and interactive elements to enhance student learning experience.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing, particularly related to social media platforms.
- Provide guidance and support to students, responding to their inquiries and facilitating their understanding of course material.
- Review and assess student assignments, projects, and quizzes, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Collaborate with the content development team to ensure high-quality production of instructional materials.
- Continuously update and improve the course content based on student feedback, industry changes, and emerging digital marketing trends.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student learning outcomes and course effectiveness.
- Stay engaged in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay current in the field of digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Media Manager, or in a similar role with a focus on social media marketing.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in all major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Teaching or training experience in a classroom or online environment is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passionate about digital marketing and staying updated with industry trends.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms or learning management systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
