Digital Marketing Manager

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Plan and manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to different channels and campaigns for optimal results.
- Analyze key metrics and campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including content creators, designers, developers, and sales teams, to ensure cohesive and integrated digital marketing efforts.
- Utilize web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports to management.
- Optimize website content and user experience to improve search engine rankings, site traffic, and conversion rates.
- Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies, vendors, and partners to support campaign execution and achieve marketing objectives.
- Stay informed about industry developments, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven minimum 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovative digital marketing initiatives.
