**JOB TITLE**:Junior Executive

**Overview**:Overall Purpose/Objective**
Responsible for day-to-day operations, ledger maintenance, data entry, reconciliation functions including processing of vendor/ agency invoices and payments on time. Assisting in compliance to various tax processes for the Center (Service Tax, TDS, etc.). Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports. Handle accounts, support closings, documentation.

**Minimum Qualification**

**Minimum Experience**
- 2-3 years of industry experience in the account -finance function.

**Special Skills/Attributes**
- Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable process
- Understanding of the Service Tax/ TDS and other Tax Management guidelines
- Knowledge of Statutory/ Regulatory Compliance Management

**Key Responsibility**

Salary Range -up to 25k/month CTC

Key responsibilities include:

- Day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and invoice processing.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.
- Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
