**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services.
- Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
- Build rapport with customers and identify their needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with potential leads and clients, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales leads in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update and maintain customer databases with relevant information.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi is essential.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
