Position: Travel Advisor

Location: Delhi, India

Experience
- Minimum 3 Years in travel agency or company

Industry: Outbound Travel Sales

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the company's range of outbound travel packages, including destinations, itineraries, pricing, and special offers.
- Proactively promote and sell outbound travel packages to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and individual travelers.
- Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, destinations, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Prepare and present compelling travel proposals, itineraries, and quotes tailored to individual client preferences.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and other travel-related services.
- Assist clients with visa requirements, travel insurance, and other documentation as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and travel bookings in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales initiatives, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and familiarization trips to enhance product knowledge and build a network of industry contacts.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for product enhancements and new travel offerings based on customer feedback and market demands.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound travel sales, preferably in a travel agency or tour operator.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations, travel products, and services.
