**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers for fabrics and garment accessories (threads, labels, tags, trims, zippers, etc.).
- Negotiate rates, lead times, and payment terms to optimize cost and efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with the design and production teams to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Ensure all materials meet quality standards and match technical specifications.
- Maintain sourcing records, vendor databases, and purchase orders for traceability.
- Monitor trends in the sourcing market, including pricing shifts and new innovations in sustainable or performance fabrics.
- Facilitate timely follow-ups to avoid delays in production timelines.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in fabric and accessories sourcing for garment manufacturing.
- Strong vendor network and knowledge of domestic and/or international sourcing markets.
- In-depth understanding of garment components and technical fabric knowledge.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with sourcing documentation, quality control, and production workflows.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Diploma/Degree in Textile/Fashion Technology, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field.
- Experience in sourcing for women’s wear is a plus.

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Wazir Pur III, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sourcing: 3 years (required)
- Fabric processing: 3 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)
