We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Sourcing Executive** with experience in the garment/têxtile industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop reliable suppliers/vendors for fabrics, trims, and accessories.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings without compromising on quality.
- Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, capacity, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams to understand material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, sustainability guidelines, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Maintain updated vendor database and market intelligence on fabrics, trims, and garment trends.
- Prepare sourcing reports, cost comparisons, and vendor assessments for management review.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan timely procurement to avoid production delays.
- Travel to sourcing hubs, exhibitions, and trade fairs to identify new vendors and opportunities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
