**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fabric/Trims Sourcing**: Identify and source high-quality fabrics for garment production, ensuring they meet design specifications and production requirements.
- **Supplier Negotiation**: Negotiate competitive prices, terms, and delivery schedules with fabric suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough fabric inspections to ensure quality standards are met and resolve any quality-related issues.
- **Collaboration with Design & Production Teams**: Work closely with designers and production teams to understand fabric needs and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage fabric stock levels, ensuring that materials are available when needed without overstocking.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of fabric purchases, costs, and supplier communications.

**Qualification & Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience as a Fabrice Sourcing or similar role in the Apparel/Garment Industry.
- Diploma in Fashion, Textile, Garments or related field.
- Strong ability to Negotiate Prices, Terms, and Delivery Schedules with Suppliers to ensure Cost-Effective Procurement.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in Fabric Sourcing.
- Familiarity with Fabric Sourcing Tools and Systems.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
