**Process Trainer(BPO Background)**

**Minimum 1 year experience into sales process Trainer**
- **Maximum salary upto 4 lpa**:

- **6 working day setup(Roster off)**:

- **Work from office only(Gurgaon/Delhi)**
- Schedule appropriate training sessions for new and existing employees
- Stay updated with best training methods and modules
- Plan and implement an effective training curriculum
- Prepare hard copy training materials such as presentations, video module
- Should train all fresher's on end to end product knowledge in a batch-wise manner
- Review training needs on a monthly basis
- Preparing reports and analysis for training.
- Preparing Handover and batch release reports for Operations and Transition.
- Strategically work on TNA
- Develop & Design learning curriculum
- Maintaining MIS & performance reports
- Responsible for performance of new hires as well as current employees.

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Sales Training Experience 2 Yrs.
- Excellent listening & communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Analysis for training & reporting
- Team handling experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
