1. Lead and manage a team of sample craftsman and pattern makers.

2. Work closely with design team to understand the design concept, specification and technical requirement for the leather bags.

3. Prepare the sampling plan to ensure timely delivery of samples

4. Analyse and prepare the material requirement as per the design and coordinate with atelier merchandiser for the same.

5. Responsible for the quality of the samples and ensure they meet the brand’s standard.

6. Maintain a clear communication with design and atelier team throughout the sampling process.

7. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the sampling process.

8. Keep detailed records of sample development, including material used, modification made and any issues encountered

9. Prepare the daily progress / sampling report.

10. Identify cost-effective and efficient solution which increases efficiency and productivity in production without compromising quality.

11. Conduct pre-production meeting along with atelier merchandiser to ensure all the critical information on the sample bags are covered and cleared to the atelier team, once the pp sample is approved.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
