**Position Overview**:

- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure adherence to workplace safety laws, regulations, and company policies.
- **Work Permit Management**: Supervise work permit systems, including cold work, hot work, and working at height permits.
- **Site Inspections**: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- **Training**: Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing training sessions to staff and contractors.
- **Incident Reporting**: Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near-misses with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of safety audits, permits, and training activities.
- **PPE Enforcement**: Ensure all personnel on-site adhere to PPE requirements and other safety standards.
- **Emergency Preparedness**: Assist in developing emergency response plans and conducting regular drills.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to foster a culture of safety.

**What we are looking for?**

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Education: Diploma in Fire & Safety or equivalent; NEBOSH certification preferred
- Experience:At least 5 years in a safety management role, particularly in construction, PNG, or industrial projects. Expertise in work permit systems
- Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in managing work permit systems (cold work, hot work, and working at height).
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety laws, regulations, and best practices
- Strong communication and training delivery skills.

**Location**- Khar West

**Salary Range**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
