**Tele Calling Executive**

**Location**: Kottayam
**Experience**: 0 to 1 year

**Qualification**: BTech (preferably in IT or related field)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote services, gather information, and answer queries.
- Present and promote company products or services to customers over the phone.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Assist in managing customer relationships, providing them with the necessary product/service details.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally and promptly.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all calls made, customer details, and feedback.
- Prepare daily reports on call activities and results.
- **Follow-up**:

- Follow up on leads and track progress to ensure successful conversion.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to update them on customer insights.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 0 to 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service.
- **Education**: BTech (preferably in IT or related fields).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- **Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
