
Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary:
The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting the company’s products or services, and securing sales. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing detailed information about products, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Outbound Calls**: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- **Sales Pitch**: Develop and deliver a clear and concise sales pitch to persuade customers to purchase.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and support.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with the company’s products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather and document customer feedback, concerns, and objections for continuous improvement.
- **Sales Records**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Sales Ability**: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record in sales.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions accordingly.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer objections and resolve issues.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to different customer profiles and sales techniques.
Education and Experience:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role (required).
- **Training**: Sales training and certification (preferred).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
