**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning & Instruction**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lessons in speech, drama, and performance arts.
- Teach students voice modulation, articulation, public speaking, and dramatic techniques.
- Use storytelling, role-playing, improvisation, and stagecraft to enhance learning.
- **Performance & Production**:

- Direct and produce school plays, musicals, and drama performances.
- Organize speech competitions, poetry recitations, and public speaking events.
- Train students in stage movement, acting, and expression.
- **Student Development & Assessment**:

- Encourage self-confidence, creativity, and teamwork through drama activities.
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt lessons to meet the needs of students with different skill levels.
- **Public Speaking & Communication Training**:

- Help students develop strong communication and presentation skills.
- Teach techniques to reduce stage fright and improve vocal delivery.
- Conduct debates, storytelling sessions, and speech exercises.
- **Collaboration & Extracurricular Activities**:

- Work with school administrators and teachers to integrate drama into the curriculum.
- Organize drama clubs, workshops, and extracurricular drama activities.
- Encourage participation in inter-school drama and speech competitions.
- **Classroom & Rehearsal Management**:

- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Ensure the safety of students during drama activities and performances.
- Manage rehearsal schedules and coordinate with technical teams for productions.
- **Professional Development & Resource Management**:

- Stay updated with new drama techniques, theater trends, and teaching strategies.
- Maintain costumes, props, scripts, and drama-related resources.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
