Endurance Tech is a leading digital marketing agency based in Navi Mumbai. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic **Social Media Executive with 1+ years of experience** to manage our clients' social media presence and drive engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms.
- Create engaging content (images, videos, captions) aligned with brand goals.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages to enhance community engagement.
- Analyze social media performance and prepare reports.
- Stay updated on social media trends to improve strategies.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of social media management experience.
- Strong knowledge of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
