Job Summary:
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting prospective parents to introduce them to the school’s offerings, answer queries, and guide them through the admissions process. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with potential families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective parents and guardians to promote the school’s academic programs, extracurricular activities, and facilities
- Respond to incoming inquiries about the school, providing relevant information on admissions, fees, and the curriculum
- Schedule appointments for school tours, admission interviews, and other engagements
- Maintain and update the database of leads, ensuring accurate tracking of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
- Follow up with parents after school tours and provide further information as needed
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admissions targets set by the school management
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new students
- Stay updated with the school’s policies, curriculum updates, and new programs
- Provide feedback to the management on frequently asked questions and areas of improvement in the admissions process

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (experience in the education sector is a plus)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple calls and inquiries efficiently
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
