We are excited to announce an opening for a Finance Scriptwriter for our US-based YouTube channel. In this fully remote position, you will play an integral role in creating engaging, informative, and entertaining video content focused on financial literacy, personal finance tips, and market analysis. Your writing will help demystify complex financial topics and inspire audiences to take control of their financial futures.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and craft compelling scripts for YouTube videos covering a range of financial topics.
- Translate intricate financial concepts into relatable and easily understood content.
- Work closely with video producers and financial experts to ensure accuracy and authenticity in all scripts.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all video content.
- Monitor audience engagement metrics and feedback to adapt and improve script writing.
- Stay current on the latest finance trends, news, and best practices to provide timely and relevant insights.
- Review and edit scripts for clarity, grammar, and format prior to the video production phase.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in scriptwriting, content creation, or journalism, with a focus on financial topics.
- Deep understanding of finance, investment concepts, and personal finance.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in producing content for digital platforms, particularly YouTube, is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in research and ability to condense complex information into engaging narratives.
- Familiarity with audience engagement strategies and analytics.
- Strong collaborative skills; able to work effectively within a remote team environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
