Job Title: Restaurant Cashier

Overview:
As a Restaurant Cashier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient transactions at our establishment. You will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately, handling payments, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the restaurant.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders from customers and input them into the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Process cash, credit card, and other forms of payments accurately and efficiently.
- Calculate bills and issue receipts to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
- Handle exchanges and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies at the cashier station.
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Provide assistance to customers with menu inquiries and special requests.
- Uphold high standards of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate issues to the management team when necessary.
- Adhere to all cash handling procedures and security measures to prevent theft and fraud.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience working as a cashier or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Strong numerical and math skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
