**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**:

- Onboard, coordinate, and maintain strong relationships with print and logistics vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements with vendors.
- Resolve vendor queries and concerns promptly.
- **Order Fulfillment**:

- Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve any delivery delays or exceptions.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Liaise with courier partners for pick-up, tracking, and delivery of orders.
- Ensure optimal logistics costs and adherence to SLAs.
- Monitor performance of delivery partners and suggest improvements.
- **Inventory & Quality Control**:

- Coordinate with vendors on stock availability and product quality.
- Perform random quality checks and audits.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Maintain daily/weekly reports on order status, logistics metrics, and vendor performance.
- Identify areas for process optimization and cost reduction.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Handle escalations related to shipments, delays, or vendor issues.
- Coordinate with customer support for quick issue resolution.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics (e-commerce or print-on-demand industry preferred)
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Supply Chain/Logistics preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle pressure situations
- Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets and logistics management tools
- Organized, process-oriented, and attention to detail
