**Job Summary**
Key duties and responsibilities:
- **Guest Management**:
- Processing guest check-ins and check-outs using Inkky PMS.

- Assigning rooms based on availability and guest preferences.
*
- Managing room reservations through the Inkky PMS system.
*
- Handling guest inquiries and requests efficiently.
*
- Addressing guest complaints and finding solutions.
*
- Leading and motivating the front desk team.
*
- Scheduling staff shifts according to operational needs.
*
- Training new front desk staff on proper procedures and Inkky PMS usage.
*
- Monitoring staff performance and providing feedback.
*
- Overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
*
- Maintaining accurate guest information within the Inkky PMS.
*
- Monitoring room availability and managing overbooking situations.
*
- Managing cash transactions and ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
*
- Generating reports on guest statistics and operational performance using Inkky PMS.
*
- Providing excellent customer service to all guests.
*
- Handling guest requests and concerns with a positive attitude.
*
- Building rapport with guests to enhance their stay experience.
*
- Utilizing Inkky PMS features to manage reservations, guest profiles, room assignments, and billing.
*
- Staying updated on Inkky PMS updates and functionalities.
*
- Troubleshooting any issues related to the Inkky PMS system.
*
Important considerations when using Inkky PMS:
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
