The following outlines the primary duties associated with this role; however, additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as required to support operational needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, deploy, and maintain automation tools/scripts for Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, and other BIM platforms.
- Create custom solutions using C#, Python, and Revit API to improve productivity and model accuracy.
- Integrate automation outputs with other initiatives such as Power Apps, AI/ML, Power BI dashboards, and other reporting platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership,and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a balance of technical depth and business impact
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies such as AI/ML, cloud collaboration, digital twins, and design automation
- Mentor a team of automation specialists, providing technical leadership and training.

**Required Skills**:

- C# programming
- Revit API development
- BIM platforms: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, Bentley MicroStation, etc.
- Version control systems: GitHub, Azure DevOps
- Cloud collaboration tools: Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM Collaborate Pro
- Dynamo scripting

**Required Qualification**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7 years of overall AEC/BIM experience, with 5 years of professional coding experience.

**Good to Have**
- Experience with AI/ML in design automation or digital twins.
- Familiarity with tools like Evolve LAB Glyph, Speckle, Rhino/Grasshopper, Forge APIs.
- Database management: SQL, MongoDB for BIM data
- Web development using Frameworks:.NET Core, JavaScript, React & Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL
