**Job Purpose**:
Fitspire's Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Manager will be the driving force behind our brand partnerships and collaborations. You'll build and manage relationships with key influencers and affiliates, strategically leveraging their reach and influence to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

**Position Overview**

- Position Title: Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Manager
- Reports to: Marketing Manager or Head of Partnerships
- Function: Marketing & Communications

**What You'll Do**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute Fitspire's affiliate and influencer marketing strategy, identifying and recruiting relevant partners across various social media platforms.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers and affiliates, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and track performance metrics to ensure ROI on all partnerships.
- Collaborate with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that showcases Fitspire's products and brand values.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in affiliate and influencer marketing.

**What You'll Bring**:

- **Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in affiliate/influencer marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing influencer partnerships and driving measurable results.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- **Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and recruit the right influencers for Fitspire's brand.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset.
- Passion for health, fitness, and nutrition is a plus.
