We're looking for a talented and energetic **Digital Talent Scout & Influencer Marketer** to join our growing team In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for identifying and building relationships with creative influencers across various social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively scour social media landscapes (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to discover fresh, engaging content creators who align with our brand.
- Research and analyze influencer demographics, audience engagement, and content style to ensure a perfect brand fit.
- Develop outreach strategies to connect with potential influencers and cultivate long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts and collaborate with influencers to develop creative and engaging brand campaigns.
- Manage influencer relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring campaign goals are met.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to measure the success of influencer marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and influencer marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Proven ability to identify and connect with relevant influencers across various social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and content marketing best practices.
- A passion for social media trends and a keen eye for creative content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience working with a specific target audience or industry relevant to our brand.
- A strong personal brand and network within the influencer community.
- Video editing or content creation experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹5,246.99 - ₹49,184.73 per month

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
