Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the office team, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office space.
Perform other duties as assigned by the office manager or supervisor.
Customer Handling
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
