We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Staff member to join our dynamic travel company This role involves providing administrative support ensuring smooth office operations and delivering exceptional service to clients The ideal candidate is detail-oriented customer-focused and thrives in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Handle incoming and outgoing calls emails and correspondence Maintain and organize records documents and filing systems Assist in preparing reports invoices and travel itineraries Customer Service Interact with clients to understand travel requirements and provide relevant information Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary Coordinate with clients to confirm bookings and manage cancellations Travel Coordination Assist in booking flights hotels transportation and tours Ensure timely updates and communication regarding travel plans Collaborate with vendors and partners for smooth service delivery Office Management Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishments Ensure a clean organized and professional workspace Support team members in day-to-day operations and project tasks Qualifications Diploma or equivalent Bachelor s degree is a plus Prior experience in office administration or the travel industry is preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of travel software is an advantage Key Attributes A proactive approach to problem-solving High attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team and independently A passion for travel and customer satisfaction Work Schedule Full-time position with flexibility to meet the needs of the business including occasional weekend or evening work based on travel schedules Salary Commensurate with experience and industry standards Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
