Position: Customer Service Executive - Luxury Children’s Apparel Brand

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide and assist customers throughout their buying journey, ensuring

a personalized and luxurious shopping experience.
- Support retail operations, including handling cash transactions, store

operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising to

maintain a premium store environment.
- Open and close the store with responsibility and attention to detail,

ensuring all procedures are followed meticulously.
- Drive store-level sales by engaging with customers, understanding

their needs, and offering appropriate product recommendations.
- Assist the store manager and team in achieving sales targets and

maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Manage store assets and equipment with care, ensuring everything is

in optimal condition.
- Maintain the in-store visual merchandise to reflect the brand’s luxury

image and attract potential customers.
- Provide feedback and on-ground insights to the management team to

help improve store operations and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
