- Liaise with bankers to ensure faster loan approvals and disbursements.
- Follow up with customers on loan status and resolve any issues proactively.

**Create Agreement of Sale & Other Necessary Booking Documents**
- Ensure all required documents are collected from the customer.
- Explain contract terms clearly to customers before signing.
- Maintain digital and physical records of all agreements for compliance.
- Verify that all bookings are properly documented in CRM.

**Payment Collection, Follow-ups & Disbursements Coordination**
- Send timely reminders for payment due dates, installments, and pending amounts to ensure smooth collections.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, installment schedules, and loan disbursement stages for proper tracking.
- Coordinate with the accounts team and banks to track payments, confirm loan disbursements, and ensure timely processing.
- Follow up on overdue payments to minimize delays and maintain a steady cash flow.

**Handover the Flats**
- Conduct final quality checks before handing over the flat.
- Schedule handover appointments with customers.
- Provide customers with all necessary documentation, including occupancy certificates.
- Explain warranty details, maintenance processes, and post-sale support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback post-handover.

**Generate Reports for Management**
- Track and compile weekly/monthly sales performance reports
