- Call potential leads from databases, property portals, and social media inquiries.
- Initiate first-level conversations with interested buyers to understand their requirements.
- Follow a structured calling script to maintain consistency and professionalism.
- Respond to inquiries received through WhatsApp, website chat, and Google My Business.

**Lead Qualification & Data Management**
- Identify and categorize leads based on interest, budget, and buying intent.
- Update CRM with accurate lead information and conversation history.
- Tag leads as Hot, Warm, or Cold based on their engagement level.
- Transfer qualified leads to the Sales Executive for further follow-up and site visits.

**Follow-ups & Lead Nurturing**
- Share project brochures, walkthrough videos, and FAQs with interested leads.
- Address initial queries related to pricing, location, and amenities.
- Remind leads about site visits, project updates, and limited-time offers.

**Scheduling & Coordination for Site Visits**
- Convince potential buyers to visit the project site.
- Schedule appointments for site visits and confirm attendance.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers.
- Follow up with customers after site visits to gather feedback.

**Handling Customer Queries & Objections**
- Address common buyer concerns such as pricing, payment plans, and documentation.
- Provide clear and transparent information to build trust.
- Offer solutions to objections and escalate complex queries to senior sales executives.

**CRM & Reporting**
- Maintain records of daily calls, responses, and follow-up actions.
- Track conversion rates from calls to site visits and report trends.
- Provide insights on frequently asked questions and customer objections.
- Generate daily and weekly reports on lead progress.

**Customer Engagement & Retention**
- Keep past leads engaged through periodic check-ins.
- Inform potential buyers about new offers, project milestones, and upcoming launches.
- Encourage referrals by highlighting customer benefits.

**Telecalling Etiquette & Professionalism**
- Maintain a polite and professional tone in all interactions.
- Adapt communication style based on the lead’s interest and urgency.
- Avoid excessive pushiness while ensuring engagement.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and calling regulations.

**Training & Skill Enhancement**
- Stay updated on project details, pricing, and competitive positioning.
- Improve communication and persuasive skills through regular training.
- Learn advanced objection handling and negotiation techniques.
- Keep up with industry trends and market updates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
