TITLi enables educators and caregivers to be trained to transform India’s young learners and help them to, like butterflies, spread their wings and fly. TiTLi’s programs simplify best practices in Early Childhood Development (ECD) and inspire educators to provide a holistic learning environment for children.

**Job Title**:Regional Academic Associate**

**Job Summary**:The role involves planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, supporting the setup and operation of preschool centers in rural areas, and ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.

**Place: Delhi (with extensive travel to Satara, Ranchi, and Vadodara)**

**Working Time Structure: Time: 9AM to 6PM**

**Working Days: Monday to Saturday**

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans for preschool-aged children, ensuring alignment with TiTLi's educational standards and curriculum.
- Utilize knowledge to create nurturing and stimulating environments that foster children's learning and growth, maintaining a focus on holistic development.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with TiTLi's Edupreneurs, children, parents, and colleagues to promote a supportive and collaborative educational community.
- Assist in designing and implementing educational programs tailored to meet the unique needs of rural communities in Sathara, Ranchi, and Vadodara, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
- Travel to rural areas to provide on-site support and guidance in setting up and operating preschool centers, ensuring compliance with TiTLi's educational standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to assess children's progress and address any developmental concerns, implementing intervention strategies as needed.
- Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations governing preschool education, ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience in preschool education, with a strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
- Experience in curriculum development and implementation, particularly in designing educational programs for diverse populations and rural communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel extensively to rural areas in Sathara, Ranchi, and Vadodara.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and collaborative approach to work
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of early childhood education.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
