**SALON RECRUITER**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Networking**: Utilize existing industry connections and develop new relationships within the salon sector to build a robust talent pipeline.
- **Job Posting & Advertising**: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and industry-specific forums.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or experience in the related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the salon or beauty industry.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of salon roles, responsibilities, and required qualifications.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
