Are you a seasoned Meta/Google Ads Expert with a proven track record in scaling e-commerce brands? Agadh is looking for someone passionate about delivering results and driving performance through strategic ad management.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing expert at our Chandigarh office. The person will be responsible for developing and implementing effective advertising strategies to increase brand awareness and sales, creating ad campaigns, analyzing and optimizing ad performance, and reporting on a timely basis.
- Play a lead role in client communication, helping spearhead strategy and campaign initiatives.
- Track and report on campaign results, and data analysis, contribute to weekly/monthly client status calls with regular reporting on results.
- Close collaboration with our internal team to assess and improve advertising performance.
- Constant learning to improve your understanding of the paid marketing landscape.
- Ideation for Ads creatives

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Experience**: Minimum 2 - 4 years of core experience in Meta/Google Ads, specifically for Indian eCommerce brands.

**Budget Management**: Experience managing ad budgets of ₹50 Lakhs or more per month across multiple accounts.

**Skills**: Strong expertise in funnel creation, performance optimization, and delivering measurable results.

**Accountability**: A responsible and detail-oriented professional who can independently handle campaigns with ownership.

**Relocation**: Willingness to move to Chandigarh (No work-from-home opportunities).
