**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and manage Meta Ads campaigns for high-growth Indian e-commerce brands.
- Drive performance through strategic ad planning, execution, and daily optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and present insights during client calls.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, and analytics) to improve outcomes.
- Ideate ad creatives and experiment with different funnels and audience strategies.
- Stay on top of trends and platform updates to continuously sharpen your ad game.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1+ & maximum 2 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads for Indian e-commerce brands.
- **Ad Budget**: Proven success managing budgets of ₹8 Lakhs/month or more across multiple accounts.
- **Technical Know-How**: Deep understanding of performance marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
- **Ownership**: A proactive, data-driven marketer who takes end-to-end ownership of their campaigns.
- **Location**: Must be based in or near Chandigarh—or willing to **relocate immediately**. This is a **100% in-office role**.
