**Key Responsibilities:SEO & Website Optimization**:

- Develop and implement **SEO strategies** to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Conduct **keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits**.
- Optimize website content, structure, and performance for better search visibility.
- Monitor and improve **on-page and off-page SEO, backlinks, and local SEO**.

**Social Media Management & Ads**:

- Develop and execute **social media marketing campaigns** across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan and manage **paid social media ads (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)** for lead generation and conversions.
- Analyze **ad performance, optimize targeting, budgets, and creatives** for maximum ROI.
- Engage with the audience, grow followers, and enhance brand visibility.

**Performance Marketing & Analytics**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize **Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and retargeting strategies**.
- Track and analyze **campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking tools**.
- Provide **data-driven insights and reports** to improve marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop **engaging blog posts, ad copies, and social media content**.
- Monitor **open rates, CTR, and A/B test campaigns** for better engagement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
✔ Proven experience in **SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing**.
✔ Strong knowledge of **Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO tools** (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
✔ Hands-on experience in **paid ad campaign management, keyword bidding, and audience targeting**.
✔ Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and generate actionable insights.
✔ Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
**Google Ads & Meta Blueprint Certification** (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience with **e-commerce marketing and conversion rate optimization**.
Knowledge of **video marketing, influencer marketing, and viral growth strategies**.
