Job Description Business Banking Operations
Preparing relevant disbursement documents pertaining to various constitution / facilities / security / Mortgage drafts for working capital cases and providing to Sales Team within time line and accuracy to ensure first time right process
- Checking and verifying the documents viz. Loan agreements, Security creation documents, KYC and constitutional documents.
- Checking and ensuring correctness of filled documents as per case requirement
- Disbursement of Working Capital Facilities, Term Loans, and Trade Limits and Non-Fund Based facilities for Business Banking Group and Emerging Enterprises Group (EEG)
- Ensuring correctness of stamp duty collected for cases as per State Stamp Act
- Proper scrutiny of valuation, legal and technical reports of mortgaged property on case to case basis and ensuring their correctness
- Proper tracking and completion of disbursement and post disbursement activities
- Ensuring the cases are properly complied as per bank policy
- Actively involved during Audit of cases and ensuring all queries of auditors are properly solved with satisfactory audit result
- Ensuring nil or mínimal operational risk pre and post disbursement by proper checking of KYC of customers, collection of correct documents and security cheques and following for documents to be collected post disbursement in normal or balance transfer cases.
- Responsible for post sanction activities of SME financing as per requirements of clients for Working Capital as well as other Secured and Unsecured loan products.
