**What is the job like?**:

- ** SME in aspects of daily reconciliation for Card settlements**:

- Identify and consume all relevant T files/R files that are generated from Mastercard for settlement and reconciliation
- Setting up Operational processes for end to end Mastercard reconciliation, in view of International Acceptance
- Setting up Operational processes for Chargeback.

**MIS and Finance reporting.**
- Daily and monthly books closing.
- Monthly channel reconciliation between Zeta System and its partner bank, post reconciling the books issue recon certificate to stakeholders (partner bank, Zeta finance team etc).
- Statutory reporting

**Program Management**
- Balance sheet
- Profit and loss statement
- Cash flow

**Bank Reports**
- QC Bank reports on various requirements.
- Fraud and risk monitoring
- Compliance reporting
- Coordination with internal teams for highlighting anomalies, if any.
- Minimum 2 -3 years of experience into Banking Operations
- Prior experience in handling master card reconciliation and operations projects is a must
- Proficiency in Excel and working on various Reports.
- Willingness in developing and optimizing program management processes.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- You’re a results-oriented self-starter, and a great communicator.
- Self-motivated, you like to work independently and possess strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
