Role & responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day payments: vendor bills, tax payments (TDS, GST), and staff reimbursements
  • Prepare and process bank transfers NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Swift, etc.
  • Maintain fund flow planning and coordinate timely movement of funds between accounts
  • Work with multiple banks for account operations, documentation, and relationship management
  • Assist in managing credit facilities – loans, overdrafts, LCs, forward contracts, and bank guarantees
  • Submit required data to banks (stock statements, CMA, interest calculations, etc.)
  • Coordinate with the import-export team for banking documents related to shipments and remittances
  • Maintain records of all banking documents: account statements, loan papers, FIRC/BRC, etc.
  • Reconcile monthly bank statements and prepare MIS reports
  • Coordinate for audits, renewal of credit limits, and submission of required documents
