About the Role
As a Finance Associate with India Finance team, you’ll play a key role in helping the team achieve the key finance goals of providing accurate and timely financial information in an efficient manner to external and internal stakeholders, partnering with business to support the franchise growth and adherence to the robust control and governance standards.

**Role Type**: Permanent, Full-time
What will your day look like?
Support Group Financial Reporting, including month-end/quarter end/year end closure and compliance to all financial policies & procedures.
Support Local yearend book closure, preparation of local Financials and Notes to accounts, local statutory audit closure.
Oversee vendor payments process, expense monitoring and all related tax compliances.
Support the team on local regulatory (RBI) reporting viz, Form A, Form VIII, Form X, ALE, ROR, CRR SLR, NOOP reporting etc.
Managing Risk Based supervision (RBS) requirements and Bank Profile submissions to RBI.
Finance SPOC for driving automation of local regulatory returns and RBS submissions.
Support the team during RBI inspection audits.
Support on balance sheet reconciliations requirements.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Knowledge of Indian GAAP requirements applicable to Banks.
Knowledge of RBI regulatory reporting requirements and IND AS standards and requirements.
Experience in finalising accounts and closing statutory audits.
Working knowledge of RBS tranche submissions.
Experience in regulatory reporting automation projects and handling regulatory inspections.
Has keen attention to detail ensuring accuracy in financial and regulatory reporting.
Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines.
Collaborate effectively with other teams and departments.
Efficiency-oriented mindset with a focus on automation.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
