**Job Title: Recruiter(Fresher)**

**Location : Kaikondrahalli, Bangalore**

**Position Type : Fulltime**

**Experience: 1 to 1.5 years in Lateral Hiring**

**Salary Range : CTC of 3-4 Lpa**

**Qualification and Education Requirements**:

- Education
- Any Graduate or MBA in HR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.
- Decision making skills.
- Language required: English & Hindi mandatory
- Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
- Should be flexible for day shift
- (9-hour of login between 8AM - 10 PM).
- Comfortable with working 6 days a week.

**Role and Responsibility - HR Recruiter**
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Responsible for end to end recruitment starting from sourcing, screening,calling and arranging the interviews.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements in job portals
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.

**Desired Skills**:

- Education-Human Resources Management or relevant field - Preferred.
- Proven record of handling Non-IT recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should be target oriented.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
