**Location: Whitefield, Bangalore**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to

join our team. As a CRM, your primary responsibility will be to manage and address all customer queries related to orders, social media comments, direct messages (DMs), and WhatsApp conversations. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will focus on addressing abandoned carts and converting them into sales through effective communication and timely follow-up with clients.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Queries: Manage and respond to customer queries promptly and professionally

messages, and WhatsApp.

2. Order Assistance: Provide assistance and resolution to customer inquiries and concerns

related to orders, such as tracking shipments, order modifications, delivery issues, and

returns/exchanges.

3. Social Media Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on

social media platforms, maintaining a positive brand image and engaging customers

effectively.

4. Abandoned Cart Recovery: Identify and address abandoned carts, reaching out to

customers to understand reasons for abandonment and providing incentives or assistance to

convert them into sales.

5. Customer Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather

feedback, and address any additional needs or concerns.

6. Customer Retention: Develop strategies to build and maintain customer loyalty, such as

personalized follow-up, exclusive offers, and proactive communication.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to address

customer concerns, share customer insights, and contribute to improving overall customer

experience.

8. Reporting: Generate regular reports on customer queries, trends, and customer

satisfaction metrics to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

9. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and best

practices in customer service to continuously improve customer interactions and satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
