Key Responsibilities
1. Personalized Guidance
- One-on-one counseling sessions for students and parents
- Expert insights on medical colleges, admissions, and career pathways
- Guidance on college selection, document verification, and counseling processes
2. Relationship Building
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with students and parents
- Continuous support, engagement, and progress tracking
- Empathetic and professional issue resolution
3. Admissions Support
- Stay updated on medical admissions processes, counseling procedures, and international education pathways
- Guide students on document verification, registration, and seat allotment
4. Knowledge Sharing
- Conduct webinars, seminars, and workshops on medical admissions
- Collaborate with industry experts and guest speakers
5. Collaboration and Reporting
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and engagement
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to mentorship experience enhancement
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Science, Business Administration, Communications)
- 1-3 years of experience in student counseling, medical education consultancy, or career mentorship (freshers with a passion for customer service welcome too)
- Strong expertise in medical admissions counseling and career guidance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and empathetic approach to student counseling
- Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and digital communication platforms
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
