Helpdesk Operator
**Job Description Summary**
Support work order system handling, request, helpdesk support task.
- Provide assistance to the on-site Facilities Management team to ensure timely and quality service delivery of requests.
- Create work orders and assign work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Answer and direct hotline calls efficiently and professionally.
- Log tickets into ServiceNow accurately and promptly.
- Create and manage work orders in the work order system.
- Provide information and assistance to callers and visitors.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues and follow up on tickets.
- All other duties as assigned.
