**Commercial Executive - Female**

**Responsibilities**:_**:_
- Payment procedure for purchase bills & Entering purchase & sales bills including Machine sales bill with inventory.
- Taking care of Purchase and sales registers.
- Good hands on TDS and service tax, Monthly payment of TDS & Service tax.
- Making of Ageing reports.
- Handle Creditors & Debtors Outstanding with Payment & monthly Ageing report of Debtors.
- Verify Site Engineers & Marketing Executives Expenses & Submit to director.
- Handle daily Payment requirement of Site Engineer’s & Marketing Executives.
- Keeping details of Advances of Site Engineers, Workers & Other employees & submit to HR Head for deduction purpose.
- Preparation of Debit Note & Credit Note of Parties.
- Daily Balance position with monthly PDC statement.
- Manage the Key Clients & Communication

- Personal resilience, with the ability to self-motivate
- A proven track record in commercial & technical
- Ability to work under own initiative

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
