**Machine Operation**:

- Operate CNC machines (lathe, mill, grinder, etc.) to produce parts as per blueprints or engineering specifications.
- Set up and adjust machines for production runs, including loading materials, securing tools, and aligning workpieces.
- Monitor machine performance to ensure it meets quality standards, adjusting settings when necessary.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet dimensional and quality requirements using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Conduct routine machine checks and maintenance to ensure machines run efficiently.
- **Safety and Cleanliness**:

- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- **Machine Maintenance**:

- Perform minor machine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubrication.
- Report any malfunctions or equipment breakdowns to the maintenance team.
- **Programming and Setup**:

- Write and edit CNC programs using G-code or other programming languages for various machines.
- Design the most efficient machining processes by selecting appropriate tools, speeds, feeds, and tool paths.
- Prepare and modify part programs to optimize production efficiency and maintain high precision.
- **Tool Selection**:

- Choose the correct cutting tools based on the material and specifications for the job.
- Test and troubleshoot programs to ensure that parts are machined correctly.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with engineers, designers, and operators to understand and clarify program requirements.
- Communicate adjustments to machine operators to ensure smooth production.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of programs, tooling setups, and work orders.
- Assist in generating reports on production status, material usage, and machine performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
