**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate CNC plasma cutting machines to cut metal sheets and components as per drawings.
- Interpret technical drawings and job instructions accurately.
- Set up, calibrate, and maintain machines for optimal performance.
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and tolerances.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Coordinate with production supervisors for workflow and targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a CNC Plasma Operator.
- Knowledge of CNC programming and machine maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade preferred.
