We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer and Operator to join our team at Axess Ultrasonics Pvt. Ltd, a leading manufacturer of high-quality plastic welding machines. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and operating our CNC machines to produce precision components for our welding machines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret technical blueprints and design specifications to determine programming parameters
- Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software to create cutting paths and control machine settings
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to manufacture components
- Perform test runs and make necessary adjustments to ensure final products meet blueprint specifications
- Maintain an inventory of raw materials and coordinate with purchasing to ensure adequate supplies
- Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machines, including basic troubleshooting and cleaning
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Diploma or ITI or higher degree, with a technical certification or associate's degree preferred in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a CNC Programmer/Operator, preferably in the plastic manufacturing industry
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design specifications
- Skilled in programming CNC machines using CAD/CAM software
- Knowledgeable in the operation and maintenance of CNC mills, lathes, and other relevant machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with plastic welding machine components and manufacturing processes preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
