**Job Title: Cold Caller**
**Shift Timings: 01:00 PM - 10:00 PM**
**Location: Gurgaon, Haryana**
Are you a persuasive communicator with a knack for sales? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cold Callers. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls to introduce our products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list.
- Introduce our products/services to potential customers and highlight key features and benefits.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to determine potential interest and needs.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work the specified shift timings from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
