Job Title: Office Administrator
Department: Administrative
Reports To: Office Manager
Location: Mangalore, India
**Salary**: 8,000 INR per month
Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the office manager, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting agendas, and handling correspondence.
- Manage client relationships, including opening new client accounts, updating client records, and responding to client inquiries.
- Collect bills from clients and vendors, and maintain accurate records of all payments.
- Monitor events, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.
- Maintain office organization, including ordering supplies, managing files, and keeping the office clean and presentable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Office Administration or a related field preferred.
- 0-1 years of experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Multitasking and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
